Research and practice conference for young specialists will take place at the premises of A-Energy exploration and seismic enterprise

Young corporate specialists will defend their projects developed under supervision.

The judging panel will include chief engineers, the company management and professors from oil and gas universities.

The day before the company held training «Master of effective presentations». A coach from a well-known consulting company within two days prepared the young specialists who will present their research projects during the conference.

The training focus was on psychological preparation in the form of role playing as the way the presentation is given is also very important at such events. The speakers should be listened to with interest.

After completion of the training there were no lacking confidence participants.
