A-Energy Drilling Company prefers pitless drilling method

Pitless drilling method is principally applied at cluster sites located in water protective zones.
This method offers oil and gas well drilling without the use of sludge pits. Generated drilling wastes — drill cuttings and waste drilling solids go to the special areas or processed by the specialized companies on site.
Several years ago the company still preferred the first variant; today the second one is preferable.
Despite heavy costs of drilling waste processing, drill cuttings and waste drilling solids are recycled on site.
Generated from the recycling material is used for filling of roads, cluster sites and other infrastructure units.
As for generated drilling waste water, it goes to four-stage treatment and filtering. Then the water is used for production needs or goes for injection to the formation to keep its pressure. Usage of waste water in production process reduces negative impact on the environment.
