GTL plans to build APG processing plant in Iraq

Within 9 months GTL plans to sign an agreement with South Oil Company for construction of APG processing plant in Iraq, said the company on October 20, 2015.

The cost will be approximately 200 million US dollars.
GTL has already established JV with South Oil Company, where GTL has 49%, Iraqi company – 51%.

The Russian company has also established a joint venture with Cal Tech Energy for construction of APG processing plant in Texas with total capacity 100000 tons.
GTL plans to construct similar plants in Iran and Ethiopia.
Earlier GTL signed an agreement with the oil ministry of Sudan for construction of APG processing plant.
Implementation costs are around 70 million of US dollars with total capacity of 100000 t/year.
The plant will use 80% of Russian equipment. The deliveries will start in February 2016.
The launch of the plant is planned for summer 2017.
