A-Energy Cementing Company has purchased new modern equipment

These are most advanced backfill units.

They were purchased in addition to other modern equipment. The units are designed for cement slurry injection in oil and gas wells, for sand washing and preflush and overflush operations during oil and gas well development and capital workover. The units are equipped with the recycling system of ongoing cement slurry preparation and mixing. The new equipment also includes UNBС2 600×70 twin cementer, portable cement storage CT-40 and cement trucks CT-25, recycling system of ongoing cement slurry preparation and mixing, water supply system, well cementing process control board, CM system equipped with pressure units, flow sensor, software and tents with autonomous heating.

The new equipment proved to be reliable and trouble-free technology with a number of advantages. It’s fully automatic, which allows keeping stable cementing parameters excluding human factor and minimizing any production risks and accidents at production sites. All that helps to improve quality and safety of operation.
