A-Energy has launched a corporate award – The Company Certificate of Honor

The decision was made to award mostly distinguished employees, therefore the order on Certificate of Honor awarding procedure was signed by the management.

Human resource department developed Regulation «On A-Energy Certificate of Honor awarding procedure». According to HR manager this regulation «establishes a common awarding procedure for employees in case of remarkable dates».

Main criteria for best employee selection – completion of important tasks and instructions; achievement of high technical-economic indicators; sound leadership in work collective; considerable personal contribution in productivity enhancement; implementation of scientific-technical progress achievements; training of skilled personnel; significant contribution in fulfilling the tasks set before the company.
