
All enterprises of A-Energy Group have started training for “white collars” – the managerial staff of the company.

The best specialists of the company will learn more about the work of the general director or the chief engineer.
The main selection criteria for the candidates were large work experience in the company, competent performance of the job duties and commitment and motivation to further education and the company development.
Advanced training included staff training and workshop sessions. The best candidates were recommended by the department heads.
The potential candidates had to pass psychological tests to reveal their skills, talents and personal qualities.
Projects and high-profile assignments development will come upon the deputy heads.
Each candidate will have individual educational plan. Over the training period the candidates for managerial positions will have to pass exams by defending their own projects.
After each seminar they will have to prove that they were a right investment for the company.
– Each candidate will have to do home works and presentations to bring new ideas to the company, – explains HR specialist of A-Energy. – We will intensively work with potential specialists to train worthy alternative for the existing management team.
If the manager for some reason is absent his place can be temporarily taken by a succession candidate. He/she will be able to perform competently the managerial duties without any stoppage in production.
